I'm wishing it would come again. I like the quiet peace that wraps the earth when it snows, don't you? I talked to our daughter that lives in Colorado and they are predicting 14 inches of snow for them. Thankfully Colorado is prepared to deal with that. Looking at that photo makes me want a cup of tea anyone interested?

No matter how badly your heart is broken, the world doesn't stop for your grief. Monday, July 20, 2015. I am happy to report I lost two pounds since last Monday. I have to keep reminding myself, my body did not get to this weight overnight and it will not all suddenly drop off my body. My sister, Wanda, has been diagnosed with breast cancer. He surprised me with a couple of days of vacation before he has to be in Miami for work. We drove to St. Augustine yesterday and pretty much went directly to bed when we got here. Today is the last day of August and my alarm went off at 5 am I was up and dressed and having a pop tart and coffee before Buck was even awake. We were going FISHING today! I am so glad I checked my license they expire TODAY! Thursday, March 22, 2012. Spring Break 2012 - New York City. We began our journey to New York City on Sunday, March 11th. This was our mode of transportation! Tons of characters on Times Square. On Monday we began our tour through New York City. We started with the Staten Island Ferry. The Statue of Liberty was closed for renovation, so we decided to just take this (free) ferry that cruised right by it. When completed, this will be the tallest building in New York - higher than the Empire State Building.
