I'm a regular contributor to the software RevBayes. Where I've worked on ancestral state reconstruction functionality, developed continuous-time Markov chain models of discrete character evolution, in particular chromosome number evolution, and implemented coalescent models to estimate ancient introgression/hybridization events over a phylogeny. 8/2016: SUMAC version 2.0 is significantly.
