Outside the Creek, TNG: Warning: A snake was harmed in the making of this story.
http://outsidethecreektng.blogspot.com/2011/05/warning-snake-was-harmed-in-making-of.html
Outside the Creek, TNG. Monday, May 23, 2011. Warning: A snake was harmed in the making of this story. Do you remember that parental instinct that adults (even non-parents) have to fling their arm in front of a child (or any other person riding in the front seat) when the car in front slams on its brakes? Well that same instinct kicks in when that same parent sees a snake stretched across the driveway. Here's your play-by-play:. Um, Daddy, you need to kill that snake! No, honey, it's just a black snake.

Joe and Sara: Boone Trip
http://joeandsarat.blogspot.com/2015/07/boone-trip.html
Wednesday, July 01, 2015. Emmy is going back and forth between home and Boone this summer, so the boys and I joined her for a few days in June. Joe was at home starting his new job! The boys were SO adorable playing peekaboo for the longest time together on the drive to Boone. As soon as we got in town we enjoyed the water at Valle Crucis park for an hour or two. Emmy's roommate Hannah joined us for a lot of our adventures and she was SO sweet with both boys. She fit right in. Then we grabbed dinner in t...

Joe and Sara: April 2015
http://joeandsarat.blogspot.com/2015_04_01_archive.html
Tuesday, April 14, 2015. I took Ben out to our little neighborhood egg hunt. He had a blast, but didn't realize until his basket was full that there was candy INSIDE the eggs! Hahahha. He almost exploded from excitement. Such a sad life he has led that he didn't know eggs are supposed to have treats inside. :). There's CANDY IN THE EGGS? And we started a new tradition: glow in the dark egg hunt! I didn't even do Easter baskets or Easter bunny gifts. What does it really mean? Spring Break beach trip.

Joe and Sara: March 2015
http://joeandsarat.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html
Tuesday, March 10, 2015. Here's a SUPER quick snapshot of what we're working on right now and where we're headed. Given in two daily servings of applesauce at 9am and 4pm). 3 caps 2x daily of adrenal cortex extract. Just added: bovine collagen, and green superfoods kids powder. This month we are doing a parasite cleanse (herbal with wormwood) but applying transdermally so I'm not sure it is able to be as effective or effective at all. More research to do before giving him an internal cleanse. Also if I h...

Joe and Sara: Benjamin
http://joeandsarat.blogspot.com/p/benjamin.html
Benjamin was born in April 2011. He is crazy and silly. He never stops talking. He loves sports, trains, planes, cars, and chocolate. We laugh at him for a majority of the day, and he laughs right back. He is fun and funny and so endearing. He is such a blessing to us! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Walking with Big EZ. Joe and Sara: January 2015
http://joeandsarat.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html
Sunday, January 25, 2015. We had a wonderful and relaxing Christmas day with all the family here! I made a mattress, pillow, and quilt for Belle's baby dolls and we passed on the cradle that my parents have saved since we were little. She's just starting to nurture babies, so I know she'll enjoy tucking them in! It was my first quilt ever, and ended up a tiny bit wonky but fun to make! He has also enjoyed his bow and arrow. Tuesday, January 20, 2015. Then we headed over for a family walk on our lights tr...

Joe and Sara: Ethan
http://joeandsarat.blogspot.com/p/ethan.html
Ethan was born in May 2009 and was a wonderfully laid back, happy, smiley baby. Between 12 and 18 months old, he regressed into autism and we've been working so hard to get him back since then! He is now making amazing progress and we have so much hope for his future. He is loving, predictable, handsome, and has a contagious smile. We are so thankful for him! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Joe and Sara: June Catch Up
http://joeandsarat.blogspot.com/2015/07/june-catch-up.html
Wednesday, July 01, 2015. Phone photos for June. Belle spent a lot of days with us in June. She loves being with the boys, and other than protecting his favorite toys from her, Ben loves having her around too. :). We had a dance reunion one night and took the opportunity for a sisters dinner! Love my sisters so much. And the reunion was a successful surprise for Christy. I was part of her first company over 20 years ago and now she owns an insanely huge and successful and world famous studio. We attended...

Joe and Sara: June 2015
http://joeandsarat.blogspot.com/2015_06_01_archive.html
Monday, June 15, 2015. Joe had a couple vacation days to burn before he moves to his new job, so we decided to check something off the bucket list - seeing the wild horses in NC! We left early in the morning and hopped right on our ferry to take us over to Shackleford Banks. If you don't know anything about it, it's an uninhabited island - no bathrooms, no trash cans, nothing - 9 miles long with over 100 wild horses! It's only a 15 minute ferry ride from Beaufort. There's a non-profit group that protects...
