Thursday, December 29, 2011. I baked some chicken thighs with this sauce, basting it every 10 minutes for an hour. I served it with some white rice. (everyone liked it). 2 tablespoon cold water. 1 cup white sugar. 1 cup soy sauce. 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar. Lots of minced garlic. 1 teaspoon fresh ginger. Red pepper flakes (to taste).
