WL Community Forest LP. Management and Administrative Intentions. The City of Williams Lake and the Williams Lake Indian Band were invited by Steve Thomson, Minister of Forests, Land and Natural Resource Operations to apply for a Community Forest Agreement (May, 2011). They have formed a legal partnership to hold the license called WL Community Forest LP. The partnership is based on their Understanding which both parties signed. Was submitted in 2013 and Community Forest Agreement K3A was signed in 2014.
