Brownells in Spain: November 2007
http://brownells.blogspot.com/2007_11_01_archive.html
Chronicles of our adventures while living in Spain and other random commentary about Haiti, adoption, parenting, God, or the daily grind. Thursday, November 29, 2007. If you were at Eugene and my wedding, 8 and a half (gulp) years ago, you may remember my bridesman, Mario. If you weren't there, here's proof, my mom reading 1Corinthians 13 (remember that for later) and Mario to the right of her. Mario and the gang hauled us (me and my roommate, Annette) everywhere. We saw movies, listened to music, we...

Chronicles of our adventures while living in Spain and other random commentary about Haiti, adoption, parenting, God, or the daily grind. Tuesday, May 27, 2008. I am not a single issue voter. My personal beliefs on moral issues generally don't have to match those of the candidate for whom I vote. More important to me are the things that effect everyone everywhere everyday. Things like education, international policy, healthcare.ah, healthcare. Do US-Americans feel they deserve healthcare anymore? People ...

A Day In The Life of The Haiti Lady: August 2011
http://thehaitilady.blogspot.com/2011_08_01_archive.html
A Day In The Life of The Haiti Lady. Thursday, August 25, 2011. Yesterday was a HARD day for our family. We lost our beloved Stormin Norman Schwarzkopf, he was 8.5 years old. Norman quickly became Boo's cat. He slept on Boo's bed (under the covers most nights) and laid on Roo's bed while she was at school. Roo has never been lovey dovey with pets, and her bed is OFF LIMITS to ALL animals.Norm would have NONE of that! Norm began sneezing a few months back, we chalked it off to cat cold. About 2 months...

A Day In The Life of The Haiti Lady. Monday, November 14, 2011. As a parent I have always wanted to shield my children from any heartbreak, bad moments, bullies and the like. Boo is having his teen issues.Oy Vey ;-P Boo decided to try out for Basketball. Very proud of him for trying! And we ...

A Day In The Life of The Haiti Lady: October 2011
http://thehaitilady.blogspot.com/2011_10_01_archive.html
A Day In The Life of The Haiti Lady. Friday, October 28, 2011. On The D.L. I have been staying off my blog and staying Down Low.trying to keep things inside and work thru them.not sure it is helping. I do not like to write things that could hurt others feelings so I tend to bottle them up until my chest hurts-physically hurts.not good. Just say a few prayers for me-that I can work thru extended family issues, that may all be me and in my mind, but may also not be just me and my mind. I guess it isn't bad...
