I have a small pile of them in the corner of our apartment that my boyfriend despairs of and considers totally unnecessary. Some people hate ...

The tour plan.too good to be true? Jason, I wasn't to sure about.but I always know he can dig REALLY deep. Two years before we did the 50km, 7,500' vert Garibaldi Neve traverse in 9.5 hours, so I knew he was good for it. Keeping track of Evan: March Madness
http://evanstevens.blogspot.com/2012/03/march-madness.html
Friday, March 9, 2012. The pow has been piling up. Lots of persistent weak layers right now in the snowpack, but that doesn't matter too much for endless powder skiing here at the lodge. Keeping track of Evan: August 2011
http://evanstevens.blogspot.com/2011_08_01_archive.html
Monday, August 29, 2011. And finally have some time and inspiration to write something down! I hobbled out the last 5km of my ride and ate some pain killers knowing all too well I had done some damage. Xrays, the doctor and the physio confirmed a broken rib and nothing too much worse. "Can I climb and bike? And then it was August, and I had nothing to show for it climbing wise, but man was biking so much fun! August, a time for fun in the sun, right? Smelling frozen flowers, La Nina laughs again! But 25 ...

Keeping track of Evan: January 2011
http://evanstevens.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html

The snowpack has doubled in depth, tightened up, and the last storm finished off with a sweet icing of cold smoke. All of this has coincided with my first few 'days off' from life at Valhalla Mountain Touring. With the good weather and free time Jasmin and I have decided to hit up Rogers Pass, and our timing is perfect! Who is up here ...
