March 16, 2015. I am always looking for quick, easy and delicious meals to cook for my husband and me. We have a sit down dinner together every night, so finding new recipes to thrown in with old favorites is key! I made this dinner last week, and wanted to share it with you all! 2 cans of tuna packed in water. 1 egg, beaten. 3/4 cup whole wheat bread crumbs. 3 green onions, minced. 1 tbsp soy sauce. 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce (or Asian salad dressing). 1 tsp sesame oil. 1 tsp black pepper. 1 avocado, chopped.
