Monday, March 30, 2009. Thought I would drop a post on this group blog, just to introduce myself and my progress in trying to quit smoking. I now haven't smoked for almost 2 months. I think I'm over the worst of it, but you never know what's round the corner. However, I'm confident of achieving success. If anyone needs any advice on how to quit - I've come up with a few exercises that might be of help. Let me know if you're interested; I'd be happy to help. Anyways, hope all is good.
