Friday, December 26, 2008. 1 pouch sinigang soup base. 2-3 pounds pork spareribs. Kangkong, large stems removed. Chinese long beans, cut in 3-inch pieces. 4-8 pieces small taro roots. Half of a medium onion, chopped. Fish sauce (to your liking). High level game plan: sweat the onions and cook the pork in water until tender, skim off fat, add whole tomato, add soup base, add vegetables in backwards order of fastest cooking items, serve with rice, feed girlfriend. Hope you like it! 3/4 cup ground oatmeal.
