Check out the video below to see how much fun camp is! The Wilmington Youth Cross Country Camp is a co-ed, week long camp open for all 4th through 8th graders. WYXC provides a fun and exciting foundation for your up-coming cross country season. The camp is geared towards the first time runner all the way to the experienced athlete. WYXC is run by Michael Lo Sapio, former La Salle University runner, USATF Level I Certified Coach and the head coach of the Salesianum Cross Country and Track programs.

The paws4people Wilmington Zombie run is a Fun Run with a twist! Runners will be allowed to run the 1 mile trail around Hugh MacRae Park at the speed of their choice.
