The sticks and stones collection. Two very young girls growing up in this big world. November 24, 2011. Thank you Aunt Terry. Feminism has been set back 10 years thanks to Julia’s Great Aunt Terry. Julia wanted to know where Pop Pop was, she wanted to ask him a question. Aunt Terry said he was in the Man room (Pop-Pop’s special room, and he named it). Julia wanted to know where the room was. Aunt Terry said that she couldn’t go there because she wasn’t a man. Mic should get father of the year :-D.

Thursday, August 06, 2015. Dad watered the yard early this morning and we planned to go hike. It was overcast so we decided to stay home and see if we got any weather. We did some of our schoolwork and played. It rained a little when we went out to run some errands so we can back home when we were done. Saturday, September 8, 2012. July 18th - I was working on some crafty things with paint and Charlie just HAD to paint too so we set everything up for these boys to connect with their creative sides. Here are the finished products. Summer days at the pool. My boys LOVE the pool! We have access to the neighborhood pool and tried to take advantage of it as much as we could this summer. Charlie was working on his swimming skills and got pretty good! June 26th - Don't you just wish you could sleep this good?

Saturday, April 27, 2013. He had been talking for months about having an Angry Birds theme but at the last minute decided he wanted Batman. So that's what we did! Charlie and his best bud, Alex. Tuesday, October 30, 2012. October 30, 2012 - I mentioned making goo and Charlie was so excited to make some for each of his classmates. We made purple, blue and orange. Charlie wasn't too sure about it at first but quickly realized how awesome goo is! Philip pitched in where he was allowed. :) And, of course, his batch had to be purple. Sunday, July 26, 2015. Just a little picnic. Today we went to Red Top Mountain to have a picnic by the lake. The weather was perfect while we ate! We then went for a hike on the Homestead Trail. The rest of the day Mom and Dad worked on cleaning and organizing the play room. Mom found some shelves and things look a lot better! Monday, July 29, 2013. Philip's 3rd Birthday Party. July 27, 2013 - Philip turns 3! Since moving to Cambridge, Charlie and Philip have really gotten into Fireman Sam so that was Philip's choice for his party theme. I tried to go simple since we were just having neighbors and the Chadwicks over. Here are pics from his birthday party. This was my first time without my sis to make the cake or cupcakes. I had her send me her recipe though! Everyone was complimentary of the cupcakes so I call it a success!
