Das Segelschiff Yankee Clipper. Wurde 1927 als SY CRESSIDA in Kiel, von deutschen Industriellen und Hersteller Alfred Krupp gebaut. Sie war die erste „gepanzerte Yacht“ der Welt. Die Yankee Clipper hat Platz für 64 Kreuzfahrtouristen in 32 Doppelkabinen und eine 24 köpfige Mannschaft. Nach dem plötzlichen Tot des Eigentümers Mike Burke und dem anschließenden Konkurs von Windjammer Barefoot Cruises begann eine Hollywoodreife Odyssey der Yankee Clipper. Wir fanden dieses Traumschiff 2012 in der Karibik.
