Eating Through Europe: Dublin. April 13, 2016. August 2, 2016. While the UK isn’t exactly known for their food, I was still pretty excited for food in Dublin. Mostly because I think that potatoes might be the most perfect food, and Ireland is pretty much synonymous with potatoes. And overall, I was pretty happy with the food I got in Dublin. Two weeks ago I landed in Amsterdam, and after dragging my 63 pound suitcase, plus giant duffle bag through the airport, a train, getting lost trying to find my apartment, and then spending 10 minutes trying to figure out how to unlock my front door, I finally made it to my new home for the semester, The Hague, Netherlands.
