Auschwitz – A humbling experience. September 1, 2015. September 1, 2015. I honestly did not know how Auschwitz would be. I had went to Dachau in Germany and something seemed wrong there, like the Germans tried to cover it up. There was just less evidence at Dachau than I was expecting, and things made to look a lot “prettier” then it actually was. 4 thoughts on “ Auschwitz – A humbling experience. It’s definitely as grand and opulent as everybody says inside and out. We took a small group tour and it consisted of the main palace and included a viewing of the Petit Trianon. This was originally built by Louis XV for his mistress, Madame de Pompadour. This entry was posted in Architecture. And tagged Château de Versailles. Lake Merritt →. The World on a Wim.

Photos I've taken and their stories. November 11, 2015. November 10, 2015. Words really can’t express one’s wish to one day to visit the Louvre. All I can say is “Wow.” Like many others have expressed, it’s magnificent and you definitely need more than a couple of days to get through the impressive works housed there. I was only there one day and wish I could have spent more time there. This entry was posted in Photography. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here. Address never made public).

I can’t call him, for he would not answer. It is a good reason for the lack of communication, but it also scares me to bits. Do I really love him, for me to miss him this hard? Or is it I miss how he makes me feel? Am I just using him? Isn’t it better for him to not be around me if this is true? Do I really know him? I took my life a...
