Souverain in the Caribbean. Are You From California? March 10, 2009. This sailing season is totally different than our past years. In the Caribbean we anchor out the majority of the time, in the Mediterranean we were mainly in marinas. It’s a wonderful change however the big question now is “does the anchorage have wifi”?
