Windy Acres Ranch, LLC is a family owned and operated small urban farm that raises ADGA registered Nubian goats; and offers raw goat milk herd shares, raw goat milk cheese shares, and farm fresh eggs. We live on just over 6 acres approximately 10 miles east of Parker, in Elbert County, Colorado. We make mozzarella, ricotta and chévre from our goats' milk, and hope to soon be making farmhouse cheddar. We also produce and sell goat milk soap.
