For many reasons but one it's easy, and two it's fast. When at the market try to get a plain old pork loin, not one that been injected with flovoring. Since then I have found this recipe that's a pretty good replication of the ever popular Wendy's chili. 1 pound ground beef. 1 - 14.5 Oz. can tomato sauce. 1 - 14.5 Oz. can fire roasted diced tomatoes. 1 - 14.5 Oz. can kidney beans (with liquid). 1 - 14.5 Oz. can p in.
