To stay true to the commitment that everyone can and should learn how to cook, that cooking should be fun, that food should be creative, and that we all need to get out of our cooking ruts sometimes, I’m making this page. The concept is simple–learn about a basic (but flavorful) meal, cooking style, or food, and then make at least 5 variations of it. They say variety is the spice of life, and this should spread to cooking.
