Sunday, May 14, 2006. 1999 M Chapoutier Ermitage L'Ermite (White). 七個人圍着圓枱對枱上的 Latour 85, Ausone 97, Krug 90 和 99 M Chapoutier Ermitage L'Ermite 磨拳擦掌. 剛在前一天對86 Latour有少許失望, 心想也不應對85太大期望(皆因86應比85好? 但全程仍不自覺將兩個年份比較. 86在decant後nosing已頗開放, 有berry果香,慢慢滲出herbs味(我想是basil),後段出現強烈 青椒味. 但果香沒有一個階段及得上86最peak的時候, 但它遠比86多變化,感覺更"fine wine". 入口很舒服,但比較輕身柔弱, 不及86有力. 它給我的感受遠比86深. 但相比之下, 我更喜歡97 Ausone. Nosing,口感以至變化都較85 Latour豐富. 好飲,結構平衡.老板話遲幾日有97 Ausone Second Wine到, 約$600左右, 貨到電聯.嘻嘻. Posted by Amy @ 4:40 AM.

Sunday, May 21, 2006. Pichon Baron 2001 (20 May 2006). 今天史無前例的休閒, 不用上班, yoga老師上course無堂上. 瞓到日上三杆, high tea, 行街, shopping. 太飽晚餐什麼也不想吃. 到PP的Great買了cheese和生果 :-. Cheese 超好味, 再加上店員將它變成cauliflour咁樣,很討好! 心癢癢,於是開了Pichon Baron 2001 ($320/ 375ml). 9:30PM 開瓶. 形勢不對勁, 在10:30PM把它decant. 在decant之後, Raspberry味飄出來了,但也頗spicy. 入口不錯,很果頗厚身 ,aftertaste夾集帶甘的tannin. 再放久了,變成花香(淡香水)加blackberry. 口感更佳, 可能少了tannin. 到2:15AM (開瓶接近5小時),酒仍在很peak的狀態,很濃的果加vanilla, spicy仍有些酒精味,少少herbs滲出來. 入口很夠果, aftertaste少少甘. Thursday, May 18, 2006. 放咗工上完堂後,累得要死. 但 馬神 嗰friend來電,話他和 馬神 已在馬塲交換心得. 即時醒晒,即刻攞份Racing Post 飛的 . 臨急抱彿腳左刨右刨,再急忙請 馬神 賜教. 最後只參與第五,第六和第八有feel的3塲. 3塲連贏都中,收獲不錯,可幫補吓酒錢. 最重要的是真的很有趣味! 即時將 馬神 的背影攝下來.keke. Saturday, May 06, 2006. 私家私房菜 (5 May 2006). 看完MI-3之後,到友人家品酒兼 擦 一餐. 之前只聽說友人是西厨高手, 試過之後我們幾個 為食之徒 都為之驚嘆,大讚水準一流. 而煮食用具,餐具齊全的程度好比小型餐廳 . Masi Masianco Pinot Grigio Blend 2004. 117): 淡梨香,少許花香,入口簡單,餘韻帶甘. 以這價錢來說已算是有所交代了,可接受但不是我喜愛的. 298) 真的不錯. 剛開瓶酒精味頗強,但很快已散出優香的nosing. 後段滲出微微咖啡味,之後出了淡淡basil味. 入口滑, soft, 舒服, 屬medium body. 但總是欠了一些感覺.太soft 欠了些musculine的感覺? 據聞此酒可多 陳 幾年, 這價錢可考慮作少量補倉,日後再試. Masi Costasera Amarone Classico 2001. 373) 香味不及Gaya Promis但也可以,比Gaya Promis厚身,也算滑口但感覺它比Gaya Promis rough. 喜愛程度一般. Hong Kong Wine Club.
