Amy's Baby Red Potato Salad. Overall, this is a light and healthy salad. A nice cool dish for a sunny bbq, and more modern take on traditional heavy potato salad with lots of mayonnaise and eggs. Terry's favorite salad! 2 pounds Petite Red Potatoes (all similar size when possible). 1/3 cup Celery (about 1 stalk). 1/3 cup Scallions (1 1/2 - 2 full stalks). 4 strips Lean Cooked Bacon. 1 teaspoon Minced Fresh Dill or 2 teaspoons Dried Dill. 3 tablespoons Light Sour Cream. 1 tablespoon Light Mayonnaise.

Really like this visual showing how Orange Wine is made I found on-line! World’s Leading Wines Tasting Event. Great day out yesterday. Found some very interesting wines, but of particular interest was a wine from The Douro. I found the grapes Tinta Roriz and Touriga Nacional to produce dark fruitful wines with a terrific finish.
