Sitting beside a lake, eating “Breakfast Casserole” with chili sauce, bacon and coffee (with a little Baileys) is the absolute best way to start a day in the back-country. The recipe says it serves 4 but we think it serves 6. We split this recipe into 3 meals for two. In the picture you will see that it is a pretty big portion. Butter (or oil for the casserole dish). 2 1/2 cups milk.

Karen is amazing. Bible study buddy, wedding coordinator and friend. She made the most important day of my life so much fun and stress free. I do not know what I would have done without her. She flew to Hawaii and took charge of all wedding details ALL out of the goodness of her own heart. I am truly blessed to have her in my life! My oldest daughter got married this past weekend and we hired Karen to be our wedding coordinator. I can not say enough good things about how great of a job she did!
