Wings Over Nicaragua Mission Projects: July 2012
http://wingsovernicaraguaprojects.blogspot.com/2012_07_01_archive.html
Wings Over Nicaragua Mission Projects. Monday, July 30, 2012. The green house is almost complete. The roof is up, the beds are in. We are lacking only to finish filling the beds with good soil and finishing the watering system. Thank you all! Wings Over Nicaragua Mission Projects. Wednesday, October 17, 2012. Bread Oven for Baking. The bread or empanadas in this case are prepared and placed in a well oiled preheated pan. Laying flat on the bottom and sides of the pan, they are turned half way through baking so as to brown and cook the other side. This is the way that the Miskito people bake bread in the villages. The fire is then placed on top of the pan. Not very efficient. We would like to build an oven for baking. Links to this post.
