Between living and loving. Apr 10th, 2012 at 6:07 PM. I need to start to not think so much about little things. They keep giving me headaches. Editing the report right now. Its one thing to look at words, its another to look at both NUMBERS and WORDS! Oh and before I forget, PERCENTAGES as well! Thats one mess. Another one is one that I shouldnt have dabble in. Just a caring side of me, tqvm. Learnt my lesson, next time (hopefully there isnt a next time), stay out of it. Much like me ranting out here.

自從知道懷孕後，孕期的初期不適讓下廚變成了一件不太舒服的事，而後徐小熊雖然沒有讓媽咪太過痛苦， 但暴增的體重，根本就不敢讓人碰觸高糖類的食物．．．烘焙功課也因此暫緩．．． 下個月起，即將開始了全新的一加一等於三的新生活．．． 整理廚櫃時，發現還有一包紅豆躺在櫃中，掙扎著要弄紅豆甜湯還是要繼續擺放著，突然看見了好久沒動的麵包機，呵～那就來場孕期的最後一次烘培課好了. 首先將紅豆泡水煮爛，有些較講究的會使用蜜紅豆或是更高檔的紅豆來熬煮， 因為好吃的餡料總為能食物呈現出畫龍點睛的美味， 義大利快鍋真的是省瓦斯的好幫手，大火煮５分鐘轉最小火熱１５分鐘，再悶個一個小時， 不易軟爛的紅豆也只能投降卸甲。 煮好的紅豆用調理機打成泥狀 ，倒入棉布袋將水份濾出，即成紅豆生餡。 用200公克加入麥芽糖50公克及細砂糖300公克煮滾後加入紅豆泥600公克， 這比例糖份和網路分享的不同，但小熊和大哥並不喜歡太甜膩的味道，所以糖份減量， 用小火邊攪拌邊煮直到起泡泡為止，再次倒入棉布袋將多餘的水份濾出，紅豆餡泥即大功告成。 趁著放假，把親友恩典的衣物拿出來泡洗．．． 所以趕緊找寄貨人聯絡.擔心會不會是賣家寄錯了.,. 在討論上看到...
