Juz paste it on tummy, arms, thighs, any area u 1 to burn those fats. 1boxes contains of 8 big pcs, can cut it into half n paste. Since im lazy n no time of exercise then i try it out, not sure if it works anot. After sticking it, i can feel the hot n menthol feeling. Its like those salonpas. Hope it can really Burn those FATS!
