Tuesday, 15 September 2009. Eastbourne, aka the retirement community in England. This past weekend, Evan, Elizabeth, Jackie and I traveled to the coast of England! We were told that Brighton was the hoppin place but we opted for Eastbourne so that we could hike the Seven Sisters ( http:/ en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seven Sisters, Sussex ) which is apparently one of the seven wonders of the UK. Who knew! Better late than never for sure. We've been SO lucky with the weather here! It's been so clear and warm!
