Saturday, December 31, 2011. Gettin' back to blogging. Tonight while stuck at Cam's office for an emergency patient, I realized how much I loved past blog posts. I know it is resolution time and all but I am SERIOUS. I am back at it. Many 2011 (and earlier) catch up blogs to follow because. We had a fabulous year. With little free time. Navy Crandall's: July 2009
http://navycrandalls.blogspot.com/2009_07_01_archive.html
Sunday, July 5, 2009. Happy Fourth of July! I have decided that this is by far one of my favorite holidays. I had so much fun getting the kids all decked out as well as Mike and I. I love the music and family time and friends and the fireworks. That being said I only got to do a few of those things but it was still a great day! Links to this post. Links to this post. Saturday, July 4, 2009. I still think they had fun. Links to this post. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.

Navy Crandall's: Fun and Games
http://navycrandalls.blogspot.com/2010/07/fun-and-games.html
Thursday, July 29, 2010. We play video game together as a family. The kids love it, usually. As an aside we do have FHE and we do have family prayers daily-just so our parents don't think we are totally neglectful parents. Here are some fun pictures-for most of us. Shelby is not loving video games right now. (Above) The kids dancing-below. Shelby enjoying some fake ice cream. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). I am currently a Navy wife as well as a doctors wife so I never get to see my hubby!

Trying To Be Clever...: February 2015
http://trulyclever.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html
Friday, February 27, 2015. Friday is pizza night at our house. I've been making the sauce and crust from scratch this year. They are both delectable. Or so I thought. Peter: Mom, can we please have frozen pizza tonight? Peter: Well, no offense Mom, but I like frozen pizza better than the homemade stuff you make. He also fessed up to preferring the mac and cheese from the box above the homemade kind I like to serve. Apparently mine is too cheesy. Thursday, February 26, 2015. Can You Hear Me Now? Will it g...

Trying To Be Clever...: December 2014
http://trulyclever.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Wednesday, December 31, 2014. A Year of Outtakes. I upload all of my pictures to Google . The folks at Google (or their robot servants) put together a little movie of my photos. The thing is, most of the snapshots they picked are outtakes, not-quite-perfect variations of better pictures. I guess that's fitting since none of us are perfect. So here are some of the pictures that didn't quite make it onto the blog before. Consider it our blooper reel. So long 2014, hello 2015. Tuesday, December 30, 2014.

Trying To Be Clever...: August 2015
http://trulyclever.blogspot.com/2015_08_01_archive.html
Monday, August 31, 2015. We are continuing to make progress on our war against stuff. On Saturday the kids and I folded several loads of laundry. Then, instead of sending them with their own apparel to put away, I sat down with each child and went through every item in their basket and drawers. Between hand-me-downs, new school clothes, and the fact that most of his shirts still fit from last year, we discovered that Cooper had twenty short-sleeved shirts in his drawer. Twenty! Trying To Be Clever...: May 2015
http://trulyclever.blogspot.com/2015_05_01_archive.html
Friday, May 29, 2015. The Joy of an Ice Cream Cone. Thursday, May 28, 2015. Search, Ponder, and Pray. Tonight was the much-anticipated Relief Society meeting. The first woman, who has a Master's degree in exercise science and writes for the Huffington Post on health and fitness, spoke about physical health. The second woman, a clinical psychologist who teaches at Rutger's and writes textbooks, spoke about mental and emotional health. And then there was me. And you know what? Spiritual food is necessary f...

Saturday, December 31, 2011. Friday, December 30, 2011. Tyke: mommy, I'm gonna keep my hands to myself.unless I have to punch Crewzer In the face. Monday, December 26, 2011. I am reminded of how much I must actually say this, roughly every 15 minuets or so when Tyke randomly screams it. Great. They are pretty nice kids. I promise they will be on their best behavior. She has let us use the gym as our own little (HUGE) playground. We Headed over there to take a break from our new toys. Ryan and Carol (my a...

Spitting Game: Hoe Hoe Hoe
http://mcarthurj.blogspot.com/2008/06/hoe-hoe-hoe.html
Thursday, June 5, 2008. I apologize if it seems like I've been waxing matrimonial a lot lately, but I'm new to marriage and still picking up on all its little joys and foibles. But I was surprised to learn about something I hadn't realized might be expected of a married woman. Gardening. Last week I got a two inch by two inch piece of paper from the manager stating: "If you want a plot in the garden you must come to gardening day tomorrow! I'll keep you updated on the status of our maize, and if nothing ...
