wisewood's blog: October 2013
http://wisewoodsblog.blogspot.com/2013_10_01_archive.html
Simon Archer Sculptor blog. Wednesday, 9 October 2013. Moving with the times. This is my first post in a long while so time for a catch up. I have moved from the cosy barn at the composting site to a temporary yard with the National Trust. Being right on the coast has given me the opportunity to forage the flotsam and jetsam washed ashore. These characters emerged from some hefty driftwood logs and stumps from last weeks beach combing. The strong winds today may bring new finds next week! In a larger map.

Simon Archer Sculptor blog. Monday, 20 January 2014. First job for the new year, carving two otters for Lancaster County Council as part of the redevelopment of the picnic area at the Crook O'Lune. The first otter carved will stand four foot tall once sited in the ground as if emerging from the water(grassed area). The second, still being carved will be an eight foot otter lying down. wisewood's blog: April 2013
http://wisewoodsblog.blogspot.com/2013_04_01_archive.html
Simon Archer Sculptor blog. Wednesday, 24 April 2013. More news on the woodpecker. Sadly the woodpecker had to be abandoned due to an unavoidable section of rot.
