Our head surgeon pulled a switch on us when it was our turn to do a 2nd surgery. Instead of the Thoracotomy surgery we were expecting, he informed us, oh about 2 minutes into the practical, that we were doing a spay. My head just started this incessant OMG OMG OMG! Hmm spent the first weekend in weeks just slacking and doing a whole lotta nothing = ) That felt so good! The highlight of the weekend was Dawn's 21st birthday celebration though. We went to an excellent chinese restaurant famous for their Peking Duck dishes and had a great feast! Its on 197 Smith st. highly recommended! Sorry 21st birthday present panic*.

Thursday, November 30, 2006. Rain rain go away, come again another day. Rain, rain go away, little children want to play. Heard of this song? I learnt when I was in primary school. When I was young, I would sing this song during a rainy day when I wanted to go out. Keke, amazingly sometimes it worked, at least during that time, I believed it's the song that made the rain stop. Thursday, December 28, 2006. I had a horrible day. Yesterday.I woke up about 9am, feeling super uncomfortable,. Having the urge to vomit. Then, I walked to the bathroom slowly, and in the next moment, I "shang tu xia xie" ( vomit and diarrhoea. After struggling for an hour or so, I gave up and my mum dragged me to see doctor. The doctor said I was down with food poisoning or stomach flu. Mmm, i ate what my mum cooked last night which meant my mum could have poisoned me! So Wednesday became my " lay-in-bed.
