Where cows moo happily in the pasture of green juicy grass. Friday, December 5, 2008. Today marks the end of another term, and coincidentally not long after the ending of a chapter in my life. Relative to individual organisms of the earthly species, the human's body of thoughts is extremely advanced. However, if one has the capacity to compare that with the structure of cumulative humanity from an universal point of view, one would swallow uneasily at the knowledge of his/her lack of knowledge.

Ever after, on muggy, soil scented days, Ryan would stop whatever he was doing and stand silent for a minute or two. He was trying to remember. The mystery tentalized him. Threads of memory, like dreams, tried to weave themselves into a story. But - as with all dreams - the harder he thought, face bent in a frown of concentration, the strands fluttered like spider gossamer, broke, and were gone.

When one door of happiness closes, another opens; but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one which has been opened for us. No big dreams, no drive, no achievements. I'm contented, but i can't help feeling that i'm underachieving when i see what others are doing. Because i know that i am capable of taking on more impressive roles, but i'm not. I know it's a personal choice. I'm just afraid i may regret in future. will i? 13th-Jun-2011 12:05 pm (UTC).

When one door of happiness closes, another opens; but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one which has been opened for us. When you already have a few people in your life with whom you are very comfortable with,. You don't feel like you need to find new friends. You just want to let things be as they are. Social inertia and complacency. Then there is this feeling of needing acceptance from new acquaintances,. Wanting to fit in and hopefully find that others enjoy your company.
