Lynette V. (. Somnambulism vs. Insomnia. Ugh I should be asleep, but since the dog-attack nightmares don't seem to be letting up, I guess I'm not missing out on much. I just had my first sleepwalking episode in almost 15 years. Woke up standing at the (second floor) arcadia door. It opens onto a small balcony that looks out on the back yard.
