January 12, 2015. Two birthdays ago, my birthday generally falls right after Thanksgiving each year, I received a most wonderful gift from my terrific parents a top of the line popover pan. I didn’t use it much right away, but starting in March, I was on a kick, and made approximately 57 batches in 2 weeks. (More like 6, but still quite a few.). This is one of my favourite recipes – adapted from Bill Granger’s. 500g dried puy lentils. Extra virgin olive oil. 1 large red onion. Bunch fresh mint leaves. Extra virgin olive oil. 2 rounds of goats cheese. Small handful fresh mint leaves. Firstly, get your oven nice and H O T , about 210 C. Mix well with a big spoon! You’re almost there! And decorate with a few fresh mint leaves.
