Monday, February 26, 2007. I made a bit of progress while watching the Oscars on Sunday night, I'm almost at the point of the hip increases. I'm definitely making the short sleeved version, and was going to wear it layered with a long sleeve tee underneath. I'm reconsidering since I kind of like the way it looks alone. Monday, November 03, 2008. Death of a camera. Oops, I did it again. I dropped my camera enough times to finally break it. It's only the second camera in three years, so I don't fell that badly about it, but it sucks that I broke two cameras by dropping them. Now have to resort to the screen captures from the digital camcorder for blogging and Ravelry. Here are some of the last pictures taken with the now belly-up camera:. As much as I'd like these socks done (can't wait to wear them) I find myself lingering with the yarn. The stitches are so beautiful and the yarn is nice and smooth. Monday, July 31, 2006. A truly wonderful weekend. On Friday the kids and I went to the Stone Zoo. I couldn’t stop stroking it. It’s my new pet yarn. Think baby bunny or fresh new kitten soft. I am either going to knit a teddy bear or perhaps a scarf. On Saturday we drove up the NH seacoast to the most wonderful little beach. Sunday was a nice relaxing day, and I actually finished a sock!
