April 21, 2011. I have been wanting to try quinoa again for the longest time. The first time I had it I got sick after dinner and ever since then I have associated quinoa with the feeling of getting sick… last week I made couscous and decided it was time to give quinoa another chance. I got this recipe from 101 Cookbooks and it was delicious! It kept me full for two hours and then I started to feel slightly hungry again, but I didn’t feel. Warm and Nutty Cinnamon Quinoa. Tuesday night was date night!

May 16, 2011. It’s finally finals week! I couldn’t be more excited… strangely, I’m not even stressed. I had my geology final today, and then spent the day running errands – moving stuff from the dorm to the apartment, getting ingredients for peanut butter cups, purchasing ramekins and a wire whisk… and then made peanut butter cups for my lovely Glee ladies who are graduating this weekend!
