Then I just let it cook down, stirring occasionally, while I boil the pasta. When the pasta is almost done, I drain it and add it to the sauce to finish. I rarely go to seafood restaurants, because while there will usually be a steak on the menu for those who avoid fish, there is almost nothing for the vegetarian. Today, however, I found myself at the McCormick and Schmick’s at the National Harbor across the river in Maryland. We sat outside, and enjoyed a very nice view. Next, I had the Walnut Mixed Green salad. I also ordered a side of macaroni and cheese.
