We’ve tweaked it here and there, adapted it to make 1 1/2 times the original recipe. This was the first stuffing recipe I ever made and it’s so good we’ve never bothered to make any other. I dream about the stuff all year, it’s absolutely delicious. 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil, plus more for greasing.
