Anjali's Adventures in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Monday, March 26, 2007. Let the Pushing and Pulling Begin! No, I am not referring to a catfight on the set of MTV Real World Bangalore (see first post for reference), but rather to the new sparkling accessory that I have been sporting for the last week: my braces! http://lubbyinluru.blogspot.com/2007/03/my-glamorous-day-in-mumbai.html
Anjali's Adventures in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Saturday, March 17, 2007. My Glamorous Day in Mumbai. Unlike most of my friends, I rarely get to go on business trips. Now I know what everyone says: when you have to go on these trips week after week and you are always living out of a suitcase, it gets old pretty fast. Luckily for me, I don’t do it often so they still manage to excite me and my trip to Mumbai this week was no exception. Ok, now granted she’s no Aishwarya and hasn’t been in ...Now I am ...

Lubby in 'Luru: Coming to America!
http://lubbyinluru.blogspot.com/2007/07/coming-to-america.html
Anjali's Adventures in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Friday, July 6, 2007. I think that this access now to Internet is a good sign. I feel that I am inching closer and closer to Western civilization. This airport is great, clean, organized and thankfully (unlike in Bangalore, quite often) the signs are at least partially in English. I am feeling some culture shock (as I anticipated to some extent). Well, I better run to catch my next flight. See you all in Cali soon! Posted by A.B. Back from Hampi and Goa.

Anjali's Adventures in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Monday, February 19, 2007. Progress with a Heaping Dose of Hypocrisy. Western criticism or at least skepticism of Indian marriages is certainly not a foreign concept. Most of it tends to focus on the arranged aspect. “Do you really marry someone you don’t know? 8221; “Is it true that your parents just pick someone for you and you have to marry them?
