Sunday, April 12, 2009. The Korea Times reports Spending on Tutoring Tops $14 Billion in 2008. Is it harmful or beneficial for students to be getting this much tutoring? The article is not surprising any more in Korea. In my opinion, 'Much tutoring' is not good for children as well as their parents. Can you imagine students who can not sleep until midnight?
