Monday, May 14, 2012. What Do You See? I have an amazing friend who is training for an Ironman Triathlon that will take place in June. For those who don't know, an Ironman Triathlon is a long-distance race consisting of a 2.4-mile swim, a 112-mile, bike and a marathon 26.2-mile run, raced in that order and without a break.
