Summer Says...: Summer Socks
http://summersaysstuff.blogspot.com/2012/07/summer-socks.html
Friday, July 27, 2012. A friend posted on Facebook about making "summer socks," so I asked what they were. She answered by sharing this link. As a solution, I cut more of a flip-flop shape at the toe area, leaving about 1/4" of fabric to go between my first and second toes. Voila - they worked beautifully! Before panic sets in, the wilted plant is fine. Just needed some water. What? You were more concerned by the thing on my toe? No worries, it's henna. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). On my mind today.

Happiness is Being Married to a German: Beach Trip
http://wagnerfamilie.blogspot.com/2012/07/beach-trip.html
A blog of two Texans (not really Germans). And their adorable kids. Saturday, June 23, 2012. One of the many blessings of my staying home with the kids is that we occasionally get to travel with Kevin on work trips. One of our most recent adventures took us to beautiful Corpus Christi so we did the beach thing. The girls really enjoyed it. They did not know what to think of the yucky salty water, but acclimated quickly. Thank goodness she is so careful and cares so much for all of us. I Hear Them All.

The Bullinger Family: New Year's Goals, Not Resolutions
http://thebullingerfamily.blogspot.com/2011/01/new-years-goals-not-resolutions.html
More dishes, more kisses, more laundry, more laughter, more fun, and LOTS more love. Tuesday, January 11, 2011. New Year's Goals, Not Resolutions. I have decided to set goals this year for 2011 instead of resolutions. I think setting small goals that are achievable and manageable will make me more likely to accomplish them then to set large resolutions and fail at them. 1 Blog at least once a week. 2 Spend less time on Facebook. (Blog instead). Keep us updated on the progress of your goals! Matthew and I...

Happiness is Being Married to a German: Three Little Cousins
http://wagnerfamilie.blogspot.com/2012/07/three-little-cousins.html
A blog of two Texans (not really Germans). And their adorable kids. Sunday, July 1, 2012. We had a sleepover last night and these three little cousins sat down in their chair to watch a movie and I suddenly remembered we had a very similar picture of them from their baby days. So I quickly grabbed my camera and snapped a picture - although I have to say they were not all that enthused about me taking a picture. Regardless, here are three little cousins. Maci, Evelyn and Josie - June 30, 2012. That makes ...

Happiness is Being Married to a German: Happy Mothers Day
http://wagnerfamilie.blogspot.com/2012/05/happy-mothers-day.html
A blog of two Texans (not really Germans). And their adorable kids. Monday, May 14, 2012. An excerpt from her book Lipstick Grace: Glimpses of Life, Love, and the Quest for the Perfect Lip Gloss. When my daughters were younger and Mother's Day would come around, every year they would ask the same question: "Mom, what do you want? Mothers never get what they really want. Maybe it's because we want the impossible. We want a baby and. We want to sleep. We want healthy toddlers and. It's what I want for her ...
