Updates on our growing family! Sunday, April 28, 2013. Roman rushed over and showed me the picture that they took. he was so excited about the "pirate" theme on the paper. we have this picture hanging on the fridge. so many emotions/expressions in such a small space. i love it! 150 well spent, i'd say. Tuesday, April 16, 2013. It was just a good reminder to me and encouragement for me to not be worried about who. I'm talking to or what they'll think of me/what i'm saying/ etc. and to just be myself!

Updates on our growing family! Tuesday, January 15, 2013. Winter fun and firsts. I'm being surprised more often lately with how well roman and josiah can play together - of course, it sort of depends on the day, but it seems like more often than not, they're enjoying things together. I also love that we can have fun with simple things - things that are super-interesting and fun, even for just a few days - and then we move on to other, random things! Like diaper boxes and clothespins! How big is benjamin?

Updates on our growing family! Friday, December 27, 2013. We are still here! Yes, we are still here and life is still fun and busy and exciting and crazy and good! I can't believe how long it's been since I've posted anything - seriously, I think the last post was November! So I'm going to play some catch-up to get us up to speed and hopefully get on a better/more frequent schedule again! So, way back in December. We pulled out the Christmas decorations. And ate popcorn as we strung it for the tree.

Dave n Deb Chisholm. Friday, November 7, 2008. I want more LIVER! More liver. I- WANT- MORE LIV- VER! Music to my ears! No joke, my toddler just exclaimed this after a nutrient-dense meal of chicken liver and heart. It was of course sauteed in tons of butter and onions. mmm. ;) We split the meal; I settled for the onions. :) I think he takes after his grandpa and grandma Smith in his pure enjoyment of liver. Trivia: Did you know that liver is the most nutrient-dense food one can consume? Mommy, I poopie!
