Let me start off by saying, I feel like my body is filled with concrete. I felt like a cooked noodle leaving my workout yesterday and now I am stiff and so sore. But I was still determined to go to Crossfit today and workout my hardest anyways…I was scared but I fully intended on going! On the positive side! 8221; So that’s an improvement I think lol.
