We used to be the Four Fighting Hearts until our Daughter got married and Matt joined the family. Then we became 5 fighting hearts and now with the arrival of thier son, we are now six fighting hearts. We are 6 Fighting against Cancer. Evan has been diagnosed with Carcinoid Cancer which is a rare Pancratic Cancer and has been fighting the battle since July 2008. You are welcome to follow along as our family fights this Cancer together. These are a few of the things I would like to do in my lifetime.

Tuesday, June 30, 2015. Monday, June 29, 2015. Today Jackson went to Alex's birthday party at a jump place in Layton. He loved that he was invited to a birthday party with other 10 year olds! He thinks he is a big kid now! Sunday, June 28, 2015. Grey - 1 month. Grey is 1 month old! He is doing really well. He is off oxygen most of the time. I still have him on his monitor just in case. He is sleeping 4-5 hours at night! B&B love to help me in the kitchen. They especially love to help with the mixer!

Sunday, May 29, 2011. How it all began. I thought it would be fun to have a post about how Sam and I became Sam and I. I'm sure she is going to make a few corrections, but this is how I remember it. It was getting late, her room mates had all gone to bed and turned off the lights, so I figured I should ask her out. I asked her if she had a boyfriend and she said that she did. Hmmm, now what?
