Thursday, May 15, 2008. Well it is soccer season and Niko is loving it. Last game he did so awesome-he scored 3 goals! He gets better every game. He had the ball lots and kept it from going out. There is only 2 games left for the year, but T-ball starts soon so we will keep busy. Way to go Niko! I'm excited for T-ball too. Hopefully Derek and Niko will be on the same team. Tuesday, August 25, 2009. The last week of July My brother and his family came from North Carolina to visit for a week. It was the first time the whole family has been together in 3 years. We had GREAT time. There was always something going on. And of course Ticket to Ride! Followed by a BBQ with Family and Friends. And then family pictures to make mom happy (thanks Emily). Thursday, March 26, 2009. Last Saturday was the 9th grade night dance. My Shaelyn looked so beautiful all dressed up. This is something 9th graders really look forward too (at least the girls do). Who doesn't love to dress up and have some fun? Rachelle, Taylor, Cheyenne, Hailee and Shaelyn. After the dance Shae and her friends (about 30 of them boys and girls) went to Hailee's house where Tresa and I made smoothies, popcorn and other treats. Saturday, November 28, 2009. Aunt Amy started this fun tradition when the kids were just little and they look forward to it every year. Today was Gingerbread house day so all the Hansen grandkids gathered together to decorate. (They also ate a lot of candy and a lot of frosting). Ryan was teasing Shalece that she was too old to go but with Chantyl still there (at 22) he didn't have much to go on. Jaxton wanted me to take a picture every time he put on a new piece of candy! Sunday, September 6, 2009. More Family Fun at Flaming Gorge. Ryan on a rock! Grandma enjoying the bikes. Shalece relaxing in the hammock!
