Thursday, July 8, 2010. I want to re-institute tree switch, hot wheels track and buckled belt beatings for kids when they act a fool. Giving some of these wild banshees a time-out is NOT working! Before the years of time-outs, there weren't as many out of control kids. When given a certain look, we knew when to stop in our tracks.or else. Monday, April 5, 2010. The state of affairs of our youth is depressing! Are we unconsciously raising them to be lazy? Everything has gone hi-tech that they will not be able to function if the world's computer systems become infected (globally). Typing (10 fingers) is becoming obsolete because of texting (2 thumbs).
