A few pics from Christmas. December 26, 2008. 8212; Cass @ 5:02 pm. It was totally stress-free and the kids had so much fun. They spent all day playing and laughing. August 16, 2008. 8212; Cass @ 11:35 pm. Today Lorelai fell on top of the baby gate, knocking it over onto Griffin. He got a little owie on his eyebrow. They both cried, Griffin because he got hurt and Lorelai because she was scared and sad that the baby was crying. It was sad but sweet. It was really unexpected, he had never even attempted it before and then all of a sudden he was throwing himself over the side. I was a little nervous we’d have a repeat of what Lorelai did- sleeping in front of her door for weeks- but he took to it right away. Snow day September 29, 2009. 8212; Cass @ 3:12 am. It’s already snowing here in Alaska, so we took the kids out to play in it. Griffin was skeptical at first, especially since he resembled the kid from A Christmas Story, bundled up so tight that he waddled everywhere, but soon he was slowly exploring and having a good time. Unfortunately he ended up losing his balance and falling face first into a pile of snow. Daddy came to the rescue. After a few minutes he was back to exploring again.

Lorelai’s Holiday Recital February 19, 2010. 8212; Cass @ 6:59 pm. Lorelai had her preschool recital in December. We got the kids dressed up all cute, I bought cookie decorating stuff for the kids to play with (someone else cooked a billion and a half sugar cookies, thank goodness) and I made some yummy meatballs to share at the potluck.
