The consequence of all of this was that I didn’t plan my GCSE lesson and the lesson was shit! And there are others in the department who just aren’t doing the basic things I ask. I have a meeting with the deputy head tomorrow and I have no idea who our major concerns are in Y11 (BTEC or GCSE) because tracking sheets are blank! Not me, that’s for sure.
