Con esta mezcla, podemos preparar unas simples, buenas y sabrosas madalenas. 50 g de mantequilla/margarina. 1,5 dl de leche. 4 dl de harina. 2 dl de azúcar. 2 cucharaditas de levadura. 2 cucharaditas de canela en polvo. 2 cucharaditas de cardamomo en polvo. 1 cucharadita de jengibre en polvo.
