My goal then is to 1) set a certain work hour period for each day; 2) at the end of that day put everything away that is sitting on my desk; 3) removed my laptop from the office so if I choose to use it for enjoyment I will not go back into the office. Sunday, June 13, 2010. As a therapist, I help others heal from experiences by pulling parts of the story together and making sense of it. Typically this process is slow because it involves complex change in the brain. I like life coaching as an alternative career. At least for now.
