It’s been so long since I blogged that WordPress has changed a bunch and I have no F-ing idea how to make anything work. At least I can still cook. In fact they are sometimes called Picnic Eggs because they are are a great portable snack when eaten cold. Anyway, when you serve Scotch Eggs right from the fryer...

https://singingformysupper.wordpress.com/2011/10/20/shrimp-ceviche-tacos
SINGING FOR MY SUPPER. I SING, I COOK, I EAT…. October 20, 2011. I’ve loved ceviche ever since the first time I tried it at La Bodega. In Vancouver over 10 years ago. I’ve made so many different types for parties because it’s easy, tasty and healthy. Not that healthy food is my thing but I have moments when I think I should eat something other than pork and pork products. There was a great recipe. Uncooked shrimp, peeled and de-veined. Onion, finely diced. Tomato, de-seeded and diced. Gonna call you now!
